TYGAN GOES #BACKTOROOTS WITH NELSON CAMP

This year we will be taking our Dragons Skills Camps on the road delivering them throughout the region #BackToRoots!

The first of our #BackToRoots camps will be at Nelson RFC - the home of our very own Community Development Officer Tygan Pinch.

Tygan’s family have been involved in the club for over 20 years, her dad Shane started playing in the 80’s, coached many of age the groups and is still currently coaching in the club.

Over that period Shane took his daughters Tygan, Ffion and Deryn week in week out to watch. They all soon picked up the rugby bug and all currently play for Nelson.

Tygan has represented the Dragons, Wales Emerging, Wales Under-18, Wales Sevens and currently plays for Nelson Belles and coaches Nelson Belles Under-12s, alongside her father Shane and sister Ffion - this is where her younger sister Deryn is currently playing.

Tygan said about the club: “Nelson is a great family club with rugby for every age with both male and female teams.”
