Supporters are invited to our third official fan event of the summer with a FREE ENTRY Open Training Session taking place at Ystrad Mynach tomorrow (Friday, August 25).
This is another chance to get up close and personal with the new-look Men of Gwent.
Please note, this is a FREE event and no ticket is required - turn up and enjoy the day.
Our training base at CCB Centre for Sporting Excellence will be open from 10am with a mobile Club Shop – packed full of the new training collection - and Ticket Office available for supporters to visit.
From 10.30am we will start tours of the facility. Please gather by the Dragons trailer to take part on the tour.
The open training session on the pitch will start at 11am where fans can watch from the stands.
A range of children’s activities will be running, and we’ll have player and coaching staff meet and greets, where fans can chat with the Dragons and get autographs and pictures, after the session. A food and drink outlet will also be open on site too.
Supporters are advised there is no parking at Ystrad Mynach so please use alternative parking venues or public transport links.

Q. Do I need a ticket to attend the Open Training session?
A. No. This is a FREE entry event, no tickets is required and fans can turn up and enter on the day from 10am. Entrance is via the gate by the pitch – close to the Dragons RFC trailer.
Q. Can I park my car at Ystrad Mynach?
A. Supporters are advised there is no parking at Ystrad Mynach so please use alternative parking venues or public transport links.
Q. How do I go on the tour?
A. Fans who want to take part on the tour at 10.30am are asked to gather by the Dragons trailer.
Q. Where can I watch the training session from?
A. Fans will be able to sit in the stand or pitchside. This event is unreserved seating – just grab a seat to watch!
Q. Will there be activities for children on the day?
A. Yes, our community team will have a range of activities available for youngsters to enjoy by the pitch.
Q. Can I buy tickets or merchandise at the event?
A. Yes, our staff will be on site with our Dragons trailer that will have a selection of new VX3 merchandise.
