Supporters can look forward to an enhanced stadium match day experience on the return to Rodney Parade thanks to the work of a long-standing partner of Dragons.
Building Management Solutions (BMS) have been on site at the home of the Dragons this week to work on improving and upgrading the acoustic set-up at the stadium ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Staff from BMS have also installed additional high-powered speakers in the Bisley Stand and Compeed Stand as part of expansive PA improvements.
Jonathan Westwood, Commercial Director at Dragons, said: “Our thanks go to BMS for the outstanding work they’ve done as part of our long and successful partnership.
“We’re working hard to improve the match day experience for every supporter when they come ‘Back on Parade’ and the highly skilled work carried out by BMS will enhance the acoustics for everyone, from the impact of pre-match music to clear stadium announcements.
“Our thanks also go to our friends at Elsbury Access Platforms for the equipment and skills the have provided to allow us to carry out these improvements.”
Richard James, Technical Director at BMS, added: “We were delighted to be part of the original install at Rodney Parade back in 2009 and to offer our continued support as part of this successful partnership.
“We hope supporters will enjoy the new set-up and we wish Dragons every success for the 2021/22 season and the much-anticipated return of supporters to Rodney Parade.”
