The Performance Improvement Consultancy, with offices near Usk and in Bristol, provides individual Executive Coaching and Mentoring as well as group Leadership and Management Training.
The deal also sees Natural Talent sponsor scrumhalf, Charlie Davies, who gained work experience at the firm last season whilst studying part-time for his degree in Leadership and Management. Whilst also sponsoring full-back Carl Meyer and back row James Thomas for the 2017/18 season.
Director of Natural Talent, Jill Maidment, commented: “I am delighted to be sponsoring the Dragons again this season. As the new Dragons Head Coach, Bernard Jackman, often remarks: ‘the Dragons have a lot of natural talent and potential’. This fits perfectly with our branding and tagline of ‘realising your true potential’ so it makes sense for us to continue the partnership, especially now that we have an office in South Wales.”
Commercial Sales Manager, Dai Jenkins, added: “We are very pleased that Jill and Natural Talent have decided to sign a new contract with the Dragons at this very exciting time at Rodney Parade.
“Jill has been unwavering in her support of the Dragons through challenging times. She always remains empathic and positive, highlighting the potential, so it’s great that she has shown her commitment and belief in the new structure.”
