How to Renew Your Membership Online

Dragons Members can now renew their Memberships online. For details of how to activate online accounts with Dragons new Ticketing provider Ticket Master please see below.

The article below includes information on how you can activate existing accounts for online users, and how to purchase tickets for yourself, friends and or family. 

First things first, to access the new Dragons Ticketing page, please click here.

Supporter Activation

To buy and renew season/match tickets and memberships you will need have an activated account.

Select ‘ACTIVATE MY SEASON TICKET' from the welcome text at the top of the page.

Input your Dragons Fan Number into the Client Ref Number box. This number was sent across via email at Midday on Tuesday and is also displayed on your 2016/17 Membership Card.

Verify the details and change where applicable. Fields that are mandatory are marked with a *. 

Your activation is now complete and you will be returned to the eTickets home page where you will be logged into your account.

Please note the process above only needs to be completed once.

My Network

My Network is where all your friends and family are grouped together to allow you to renew or purchase tickets/memberships on their behalf. If you are renewing season tickets or memberships on behalf of others then they will need to be added to your network in advance of purchasing. Other supporters can be added to your network in the sales process for Match and Membership sales.



Select 'Manage My Network’ from the Season Menu towards the bottom of the home page.

Select 'Search for existing users ' and add in either their email address or client reference number and surname.

They will now appear as part of YOUR current NETWORK and you will be to select their season tickets or memberships that are due for renewal and be able to assign additional tickets during the purchasing process.

Renewing Memberships

Once your account has been activated and you have added your family and friends to your network you can now renew all of your Memberships.



Within the Ticket Hub section towards the bottom of the home page an indicator will appear to show you how many Memberships you have for renewal within your network.

Tick the Memberships you wish to renew and then select ‘Add to Basket’

Your selected Memberships will then be within your basket awaiting completion of the purchase.
