NGD community team attract over 2200 guests to JD3

Newport Gwent Dragons Community Department have been out in the region this month promoting Judgement Day III & have attracted over 2200 guests to the Millennium Stadium.

Throughout the Dragons season the Community Department engage with clubs from all corners of the Region who take part in the Guard of Honour on a match day, in what is a very prestigious honour for these mini & junior players. Excited about the Judgement day opportunity, Dragons Community Manager Mike Sage reached out again to these clubs to see if they would like to play their part in Judgement Day III at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday 25th April.

Over 15 teams from around the Dragons region have pledged their support of the day and are looking forward to lining up around the Millennium Stadium pitch to welcome the Dragons and Scarlets onto the field as they run out of the tunnel.

Community Manager, Mike Sage commented: “We have had a phenomenal response from all of the clubs that were contacted, which is excellent news as I know that it is going to be a great day for the children to be involved in.

“It’s a great stage for our clubs to show off their team colours and their support of the Men of Gwent on our national stadium, in what is expected to be a bumper crowd.
