This WRU CPD event will cover the essentials of the lineout, which includes: Stance, Movement, Jump, Lift, Catch and Delivery.
The CPD course is open to all coaches and is a ‘Bring a Player’ practical event.
The course takes place Monday 12th January, 19:00 – 21:00, and will be held at Risca RFC.
