Newport Gwent Dragons have named a 26 man squad for the rearranged derby match against Cardiff Blues at Rodney Parade on Thursday (7:05pm). .

Luke Charteris is with the Wales squad after his comeback for the Dragons against Munster last week so Royce Cadman comes into the squad as second row cover.

Joe Bedford comes back into contention having recovered from a shoulder injury that has ruled him out of the last couple of games and replaces Wales Under-20 scrum half Jonathan Evans in the Dragons squad.

Gavin Thomas is out injured but Martyn Thomas comes back into the side after missing the Munster game with concussion.

• This match was originally postponed on 4 November due to a waterlogged pitch.
• The last time the sides met, at Cardiff City Stadium earlier in the season, the Blues won by 28-9.
• Phil Price will make his 50th Dragons appearance if he comes onto the pitch on Thursday.
• Newport Gwent Dragons have won three of their last five games in the RaboDirect PRO12, whilst their 14-24 home defeat to Munster on Sunday was their first reversal at Rodney Parade since Scarlets were the visitors on 30 December.
