Nicola Brann wrote to us after her son Rhys visited Rodney Parade with St Mary's RC School, pictured above with Dragons star Hugh Gustafson.

"I am just writing to say a big thank you to Newport Gwent Dragons. My son Rhys Jones, aged 9, visited you with his class from St Mary’s school. He was so pleased to have been able to participate in a training session alongside his classmates. The reason this meant so much to him is that he is partially sighted. He has gained confidence to enable him to participate in events such as these through a club called Actionnaires, a multi-sports club for blind and partially sighted children who aim to build confidence and self esteem in the children that attend through the medium of sport."

Rhys has summed up his day with you by saying “It was really awesome. I liked interviewing Hugh and getting his autograph, as it is the first autograph I have. My class had our photo taken with Hugh, it is a day I will always remember. Thank you Dragons.”
