The Newport Gwent Dragons will be hoping to avenge their defeat at the Sportsground last season as they return to Connacht in the opening fixture of their 2010-11 Magners League campaign.
The Men Of Gwent will then host their Heineken Cup rivals, Glasgow Warriors at Rodney Parade on the weekend September 10, before travelling to the Cardiff City Stadium on the weekend September 17, to take on the Blues in round three.
The Dragons will have to wait until round five to get their first taste of Italian rugby in the Magners league, when Benetton Treviso visit Newport on the weekend October 1.
During a busy festive period the Dragons will take on both the Cardiff Blues and the Scarlets in Welsh derbies before taking on Connacht. The Men of Gwent will then wrap up their league campaign when they take on Ulster on the weekend on May 6.
The introduction of two Italian franchises brings the number of teams up to 12 with four extra rounds as a result. The league season will run until the weekend May 6 with all games kicking off simultaneously in round 22.
After the success of last season, there will once again be a play-off system with the top-four teams at the end of the regular season advancing to the Magners League semi-finals on the weekend of May 13 before the Grand Final on the weekend of May 27.
