The Dragons Development side play their final game of the season this week as they take on the Wales under 16 side at Newbridge on Thursday 18th February (Kick off 7.15 p.m.)
The Dragons squad have worked extremely hard during the last nine months and have made huge strides and matured considerably over that period of time. The next stage of their development will see them trying to secure places in the Dragons under 18 squad for next season.
They have had a successful season remaining unbeaten until recently but will look to pick themselves up against a Welsh side preparing for the under 16 age grade international season in the coming weeks. The Welsh squad will also have within it three Dragons players, Ben Edwards and Dan Goode who are both tight head props and Jack Dixon a centre who has made the squad even though he is still an U15 player.
