The Dragons U15 Girls side are looking to appoint a Team Manager, Head Coach and Assistant Coaches for the upcoming season. The successful applicants will be UKCC Level 2 qualified (or have aspirations to work towards Level 2) be enthusiastic and have a good knowledge of the girls rugby game within Wales.
The appointed coaches and management will become part of the Dragons Regional Coach Development programme, co-ordinated by Coach Development Officer, Mike Pugsley. Coaches involved in this scheme will receive individualised, specialist Continuous Professional Development to help them progress in their chosen field.
Coaches and team managers will benefit from technical and tactical support from the Coach Development team as well as the Regional Age Grade coaches. Selected games will also be recorded and used for video analysis sessions with the coaches.
In return for their commitment, coaches will receive training kit and all expenses will be reimbursed.
