At this stage, Guinness PRO14 has been suspended on an indefinite basis, with the planned tournament final in Cardiff cancelled, whilst European Rugby knockout stages have been suspended until further notice.
Dragons staff are on hand to assist supporters during this period and we appreciate your patience throughout the postponement period.
Q: Are you still open for business?
A: Yes. Although Rodney Parade is shut to visitors and staff are working from home, supporters can still speak with Club Staff during normal business hours. For more information visit: dragonsrugby.wales/contact-us.html
Q: Do we anticipate the postponement period to go on further than has been announced?
A: We can’t speculate on any further delay at this stage, with no decisions to be made without direction from Public Health Authorities and governments informing competition organisers.
Q: Can I purchase merchandise online?
A: Following the recent government guidance, the online Dragons website is now temporarily non-operational and will not be dispatching any orders until further notice.
SEASON TICKETS & MATCH TICKETS
Q: When will rescheduled fixtures be played?
A: At this stage, we are unaware of any rescheduled dates for postponed fixtures and will continue to work with tournament organisers PRO14, European Rugby and broadcast partners to re-arrange fixtures.
Q: What if I can’t make the rearranged fixture?
A: As per the published ticketing Terms & Conditions it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ascertain the date and kick-off time of the rearranged match.
“In the event of any curtailment, abandonment or cancellation of an event due to any cause no refund of any Ticket can be made. In the event of postponement, the Ticket will be valid for the postponed date. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which has been arranged by the ticket holder is at their own risk.”
Q: What if I have spent money on travel or accommodation for the match?
A: See above
Q: We are coming to the match as a group and some of us cannot make the match now or may not be able to make the rearranged match
A: Our Ticketing team will be happy to talk through options for getting the whole group to a match in the future.
Q: Is the Ticket Office open?
A: Although Rodney Parade is closed to the public, a member of the Ticket Office at Rodney Parade is available to assist supporters with ticketing enquiries. During this period, we recommend contacting the Ticket Office by emailing email@example.com or call 01633 670 690 for assistance, between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Q: Will I be refunded for tickets purchased to fixtures that have been postponed?
A: All purchased tickets for fixtures that have been postponed – not cancelled – will be honoured on rescheduled dates.
Q: As a season ticket holder, will I get a refund for postponed fixtures?
A: No. These fixtures have been postponed – not cancelled – and all season tickets will be valid on rescheduled dates for Dragons fixtures, including Judgement Day tickets. In the event that Judgement Day is cancelled, refunds will be issued for ticket purchases.
Q: What do I do in regards to away tickets I have purchased through Dragons Ticket Office?
A: In line with ticket policy, all purchased tickets will be honoured on rescheduled dates as these fixtures have been postponed – not cancelled
Q: Will I be refunded for tickets purchased to Rodney Parade events that have been postponed?
A: All tickets purchased to upcoming events will be honoured on rescheduled dates as necessary. If events are cancelled then you will be given a refund.
Q: Will the end of Season Awards event still take place this year?
A: We anticipate hosting this event in future with a date yet to be confirmed.
HOSPITALITY & CORPORATE BOOKINGS & GROUP SALES
Q: Can I be refunded the cost of the hospitality package purchased for a fixture at Rodney Parade?
A: Following the announcement to suspend the Guinness PRO 14 season indefinitely, we are working with all relevant stakeholders. Once further information regarding this event is known, all hospitality purchasers will receive an updated communication with the options available. Packages will either be valid for a rescheduled date or in the event of a cancellation refunds will be issued.
Q: What if I cannot make the rescheduled date of the fixture?
A: In the event that you cannot attend the re-scheduled fixture we will do everything in our power to find an alternative fixture to transfer your booking to.
Q: I am a season-long customer, with an Executive Box, Dragons Club membership, Vice President or Premier membership. Where does this leave me?
A: As the season has not been cancelled, only some fixtures postponed, your memberships will be honoured on the re-scheduled date of the fixture, later in the year. Please feel free to contact the commercial team for further information.
Q: If I have won hospitality or event tickets how will this postponement affect me?
A: We will honour your complimentary tickets on the re-scheduled date of the fixture/event.
Q: What is happening with Rugby Camps scheduled during the postponement period?
A: All Dragons Community partipation activities with Welsh Rugby Union advice indefinitely and the Easter Rugby Camps at Rodney Parade, Ystrad Mynach and Cwmbran Stadium have been cancelled with refunds issued to people who have purchased.
EVENTS AT RODNEY PARADE
Q: If I have a scheduled event at Rodney Parade in the coming weeks, how do I find out if it is still taking place?
A: We recommend you contact the Event Organiser or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Q: Are the players still training?
A: The players are continuing to train, but in isolation in line with Welsh Rugby Union advice. Players are working to a reduced/altered programme with their health and safety the priority focus.
Q: Will we still hear from coaches and /or players during this period?
