During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are committed to providing supporters clarity on all matters based on the information we have available.

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

Q: Are you still open for business?

A: Rodney Parade is shut to visitors. Staff are continuing to ensure the organisation can operate and support the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's fast track coronavirus testing that is currently for front-line NHS staff only.

Q: Can I purchase tickets online? 

A: Following the recent government guidance, the online ticketing website is now temporarily non-operational.

 

SEASON MEMBERS & MATCH TICKETS

Q: What is the latest with Season Memberships for the 2019/20 season and match ticket purchases now games are set to be played behind closed doors this season?

Q: Is the Ticket Office open?

A: During this period we recommend Season Members or ticket holders send enquiries to the Ticket Office by emailing tickets@dragonsrugby.wales. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

Q: Will I be refunded for tickets purchased to fixtures that have been cancelled?

CLUB EVENTS

Q: Will I be refunded for tickets purchased to Rodney Parade events that have been postponed?

A: All tickets purchased to upcoming events will be honoured on rescheduled dates as necessary. If events are cancelled then you will be given a refund.

 

HOSPITALITY & CORPORATE BOOKINGS & GROUP SALES

Q: Can I be refunded the cost of the hospitality package purchased for a fixture at Rodney Parade?

Q: I am a season-long customer, with an Executive Box, Dragons Club membership, Vice President or Premier membership. Where does this leave me?

A: Please contact the commercial team by email on commercial@dragonsrugby.wales and we will attempt to address your enquiry.

Q: If I have won hospitality or event tickets how will any postponement affect me?

A: We will honour your complimentary tickets on the re-scheduled date of the fixture/event.

Q: What is happening with Rugby Camps scheduled during the postponement period?

A: All Dragons Community partipation activities  with Welsh Rugby Union advice indefinitely and the Easter Rugby Camps at Rodney Parade, Ystrad Mynach and Cwmbran Stadium have been cancelled with refunds issued to people who have purchased. 

 

EVENTS AT RODNEY PARADE

Q: If I want to get in contact regarding conferencing, meetings or events in future what should I do?

A: We recommend you email info@dragonsrugby.wales and we will endeavour to get back to you with relevant information.

 

RUGBY

Q: Are the players still training?

A: The players are continuing to train, but in isolation in line with Welsh Rugby Union advice. Players are working to a reduced/altered programme with their health and safety the priority focus.

Q: Will we still hear from coaches and /or players during this period?
