Dan Watchurst is a Welsh Exile from Bristol. He attended Filton College and has played his rugby for Bedwas.
He joined the Dragons Academy from the region’s Under 18 side and has represented Wales at Under 18 and Under 20 level.
Dan made his Wales Under 20 debut in the 2009 Six Nations against Scotland. He was selected to play in 2009's Junior World Championship but broke his foot in the team’s warm-up game against Japan. After 6 months on the sideline following surgery, Dan returned to strong form and was selected to captain the Wales Under 20 side in the 2010 Six Nations and the Junior World Cup in Argentina.
